History
First Presbyterian Church of Honeoye Falls In March of 1831, eighteen families organized the Presbyterian Congregation of West Mendon. In 1975, the church became known as the First Presbyterian Church of Honeoye Falls. Improvements and additions have been made to the original structure as growth in membership occurred. The dedicated service of those called to serve as ministers of this thriving and growing community has resulted in changes in the worship service and in the leadership and participation by members of the congregation. Today there are approximately 400 members in the congregation. The average weekly attendance at the Sunday morning worship service approaches 200. |
